Business Development/Sales


The position involves responsibility for sales initiatives of creative & digital services, aggressively exploring and growing opportunities for new business. The Business Developer will have the opportunity to work across multiple industries in a dynamic agency environment at a market related salary plus a commission incentive.

  • New business development
  • Find and manage new leads
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Contact and follow up with prospective clients
  • Prepare and present weekly sales reports
  • Assist in compiling presentations, pitch material, and proposals in connection with business development
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies
  • Constantly and proactively look for ways to improve efficiencies through performance, communications, procedures and systems
  • Assist in aggressively increasing sales revenue
  • Making recommendations for management on test business practice, service offerings, price etc.
  • Continuously work towards improving the client experience and service delivery
  • Minimum 3-year tertiary degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • High level of critical, analytical and logical thinking to identify underlying facts, reasons and principles
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Team player but also able to work independently
